Looking for more from your workout? Try HIIT! Our HIIT class involves bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises interspersed with brief periods of recovery. It is a great way to get an effective workout with multiple benefits in a short amount of time.

All exercises are taught at a low-impact level, but progressions are available upon request. Your instructor will help you find the right version for your needs. HIIT is a fantastic way to improve your overall health and fitness—work smarter to get the results you want!
