An exception is “FOR SALE” signs, which are allowed but must conform to the style, design, and size prescribed for Cresswind Wesley Chapel. One (1) Open House sign, not exceeding 18" x 24", may be placed in the front yard on the day of the event. Directional signs are not permitted within the community or at its entrances. All signs must be removed at the conclusion of the open house.
