Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that promotes fitness and stamina with a feeling of mental and physical contentment. Benefits can include Better Circulation, Improved Balance, Lower Blood Pressure, Improved Memory, Posture, and Range of Motion. Join us to unwind, relax, and release tension. No experience is required.  Wear comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes or non-skid socks.
