This class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and mobility in all your joints.  We work through cardio movements, a strength segment (choose to use hand weights or not), and a stretch segment - all while using a chair instead of a mat. This class is designed to increase your muscle strength, and range of movement and improve movement for daily living.
