Gentle Yoga
 
This yoga class moves through all joints and parts of your body. The class connects your breath with your movement.  You can experience each pose (shape) the best way for you.  We warm up, strengthen and stretch all while working on our breathing and having fun.  This class is great for building strength & endurance, increasing mobility, body awareness, balance, and focus.  Appropriate for all levels. Please bring your yoga mat.  We are barefoot!  You need to be able to get up and down off the floor on your own for this class.
