Fitness - Slow Flow Yoga
Monday, July 3rd, 2023, 10am to 10:50am at Sales Center Area
Join Us for a Slow Flow Yoga Class at 10:00 am.   This class is great for both those newer to yoga, as well as those with regular practice.  We move slowly and with control through all ranges of mobility and the practice of a number of postures and vinyasa sequenced to bring balance to both body and mind.
 
Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Out & About - 25th Anniversary for the Village of Wesley Chapel
Saturday, July 15th, 2023, 10am to 2pm at Dogwood Park (121 Lester Davis Road)
 
 
Come join the Village of Wesley Chapel for its 25th Anniversary Celebration, with lots of fun­
filled activities at Dogwood Park (121 Lester Davis Road) from 10 am to 2 pm on Sat., July 15, 2023. 
 
Kids can enjoy face painting, a bouncy house, a tra n ride around the park, and some 'old fashioned' games, all to the sounds of live music. Come hungry because there will be three food trucks and an ice cream truck.

Parking wilt be at Southbrook Church (5607 Weddington Road}. Assistance crossillQ Weddington Road will be provided by Union County Sheriff's Office. The park can accommodate parking for those with handicap stickers.

A variety of food trucks will roll into downtown Matthews on the last Friday of each month, April through September. Park and food trucks open at 5 pm. Music starts at 6 pm and plays until 8:30 or 8:45 pm (most bands are playing 2 sets with a small break between). Park clears at 9 pm.

Get dinner from an eclectic group of area trucks, relax in the park, listen to good music, and enjoy the downtown vibe!
